Did you know you can take Sacred Tea as a delicious Ice Tea?

Did you know that you can take Sacred Tea as a delicious ice cold tea too? yes you can, and it's simply delicious!!

You can make it like many of our mommies do, make a pot of tea as you normally will do when making just one cup of tea. Boil a larger quantity of water, let's say about 1 to 2 liters. When water is boiling, add the tea on it, quantity depend of how strong you like it or not. We recommend about a teaspoon per cup, so depending on how much water you use, and how strong you like it, that's how much herbs you will add. Then turn the fire off and let it shimmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Strain the herbs and place the remaining liquid in a glass jar, a large bottle or container and place it in the fridge. Then drink it through the day by putting it in a glass with some ice on it. it's simply delicious, refreshing, OH! and most important, will still be as effective in helping you to produce more milk supply as if it will be hot! (^_^). So there you have it, Sacred Tea as a delicious drink for the summer months.
